I'm trying to recover a single file from a snapshot on my ReadyNAS 312. The popup dialog asks me for a recovery destination without any kind of hint of what I'm supposed to put there.
A full path?
A relative path?
What kind of format is it looking for? URI? CIFS path? UNIX path?
A new full filename?
I've tried every combination I can think of, and nothing seems to work.
Additionally, the download link when right clicking on a file in recovery mode does nothing. I'm using IE 11.

Re: Individual file recovery path from snapshot
Any reason not to go to 6.2.4 as long as I'm updating?

Re: Individual file recovery path from snapshot
If you are going to do that I would go direct to 6.2.5-RC1: https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Beta-Release/ReadyNASOS-6-2-5-RC1/m-p/950451/thread-id/539...
There is an issue with the snapshot upgrade process in 6.2 that you might run into which is fixed in 6.2.5
