Issue with volumes

Recently had power loss in my office and the ReadyNas device all of sudden reported two dead drives. I had numerous things (replacing drives, swapping drives) and now out of sure luck it's reported all 4 drives healthy. However, there is no volume that exists and as I'm finding out there is no backup created.

Is there a way to rebuild the volumes? I'm new to this device so I'm not sure where to start.

Re: Issue with volumes

Unless you were running RAID6 on Flex-RAID, you most likely had a single redundancy volume, RAID5. So two drives gone = your volume is gone. There is a few things that can be attempted, like cloning the "dead" drives if they're not completely dead. Hopefully you didn't make it worse by "moving disks around".

My advice is to contact a data recovery specialist. NETGEAR does provide such service as a contract.
