Lost access to admin page RN104
I was in the 104 upgrading the firmware to 6.1.9 yesterday and while working on it decided to clean out a few apps I played with months ago but didn't implement yet like joomla since it was ver 1.5, photos II, etc.
The delete process never seemed to complete and finally terminated with an error, which I don't have exact syntax of but basically said do not reboot and contact tech support. I searched these forums and found others who had lost admin access but didn't find anything to help my issue.
So I reset the firmware to factory default but still no luck accessing the admin page thru http. However, I can access the shares from anywhere on the network and ReadyCloud displays the NAS on the Manage tab and allows access to files from the Access tab. The Discover tab reports No Devices Discovered.
I can ping the box although the IP did change following the OS reset and the previously bonded adapters are now shown as 2 separate ip's on the router.
When attempting to connect to the admin gui via https://{pinged ip} the browsers report Unable to Connect.
This leads me to believe something in the OS is corrupt and not allowing http access.
Anyone have any other ideas before I go thru the long painful factory reset on this 12TB array?

Re: Lost access to admin page RN104
I'd start by contacting support (support.netgear.com).
Also, I wouldn't bother with readycloud, instead access the web ui using the local IP address.
