Lost connection to readynas

Hi, I'm having a problem connecting to my readynas duo. It was working fine until yesterday and now not one of the 4 computers using readynas remote can locate it, it can't be accessed through the frontview and Raidar won't detect it either. All computers and iPhones etc. Are connecting to the netgear wireless router without a problem and the readynas duo is connected to the same router via Ethernet. I need to get to the backup files quite urgently but no amount if rebooting the readynas, the computers or the router is fixing the problem. Hope someone can help.

I have now connected the readynas duo directly to my laptop through an ethernet cable and RaidAr can now locate the device although I cannot browse any of the files. I have connected again through the router with a new cable and it ceases to work again. I am assuming this is a problem with the router. It's a netgear router that we have already had to change once due to a fault. We've had this one for about 12 months I think but they do appear to be very reliable. Has aybody else had a problem similar to this?

Re: Lost connection to readynas

I would recommend contacting support. That is your best bet both with the router and the ReadyNAS.
