Migrating HDD from ReadyNAS Ultra2 to ReadyNAS 202
Our Ultra2's powersupply is dying so I bought a 202.
To migrate data, is it possible to slap in a disk from the Ultras2 into the 202, build the mirror, then replace the old Ultra2's disk with the newer one that came with the 202?

No. There is a procedure here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29957?cid=wmt_netgear_organic
Or you can simply set up your RN202 with the new disks and copy the data over the network using a backup job.

Re: Migrating HDD from ReadyNAS Ultra2 to ReadyNAS 202
The procedure StephenB linked to involves using an x86 ReadyNAS e.g. RN312
The RN202 is an ARM unit.
