Model Version
My ReadyNas Duo is labelled RND2000 V2 on the bottom but is running firmware V4.1.16, which as I understand it is specifically for V1. Is this just a case of an incorrect label or should I try and install the V2 firmware. This is however not the main issue, when I log in with Raidar from my PC the FrontView menus are blank. When I login from my Imac I can see them okay. Any suggestions as to the possible cause. I tend to use Chrome as my browser but have tried both IE and Edge and nothing changes.

You have a v1, so don't attempt that.
To be more precise, you have hardware revision v2 of a duo v1.

That is odd. Do you have internet security installed on the PC? If so, try disabling it, and see if that changes anything.
Can you access the shares from your PC?

Re: Model Version
I can access my shares no problem. I have done a factory reset but that has made no difference to being able to see the frontview menu.
When I attempt to access it all I see is text top right saying "readynas null". This does not appear when accessing from my windows laptop (Win 7) or my Imac.

Re: Model Version
Have you tried clearing your web browser cache, closing your web browser and reopening Frontview?
Have you tried using a different web browser?
