Mysterious Security Alerts

I have recently been able to setup my ReadyNAS NV+ to send me email security alerts and I am now getting a number with encoded information in them which I do not understand,

thus:

UDP Packet - Source:96.6.40.15,3478 Destination:83.217.167.173,53853 - [DOS]

UDP Packet - Source:69.192.2.142,3478 Destination:83.217.167.173,58981 - [DOS] UDP Packet - Source:195.59.54.84,3478 Destination:83.217.167.173,63889 - [DOS]

I would appreciate any translation or explanation, and to know if I need to do anything urgently.
