NV+ Unsupported 2TB HDDs

Digging back into history here, I have an old NV+ that is still chugging along with 1TB drives without any issues, but I would like to maximize the unit. Obviously the HDD Compatibility List has not been touched in years and the drives on there that are still availble are pricey mainly due to being older and rare. I was curious if anyone has had success with any newer 2TB drives in their NV+? Preferably one of the newer NAS specific drives but anything with better availability and prices would be ideal.

Either the WD Red Plus (WD20EFRX) or the Seagate Ironwolf (ST2000VN004) will work
Avoid the WD Red (WD20EFAX) as it is SMR.
