NVX lost all connectivity and shares (case #23086862)

Hi,

Today after a boot, I have lost all services (cifs, nfs, ssh, addons) except HTTPS for admin access.
Downloading the logs give me:

<payload>Empty No Support</payload>

I have done a OS reinstall, which did not help.

I saw on this forum that the reason for this could be that the root file system in full and that support could assist with this.

Is there another way (except factory reset) to clear the root file system.
It could be a full /tmp but I assume this gets cleared on reboot or not ?

Any other ideas ?

Ok,

I am pretty sure I filled up my /tmp.

I did put my unit in tech support mode, and when I am able to login to telnet could just delete that file myself..

However, what is the login for tech mode ?

root and the number displayed on screen ?

Anyone knows ?

With help the web in the inner workings of mdadm, posts of beisser on the mounting and pointers over pm, I was able to login my device, start and mount the raid.
Then delete the offending file in /tmp and reboot.

Today I feel like a hero, and my kids will tread me like one in the morning as they will be able to watch their favorite movies again..

... now I can finally go to bed ...
