No Services Will Start

I am trying to enable NFS for the first time on my ReadyNAS NV+ V2 so I can mount shares on Fedora server. When I click the NFS button in the Services section, and choose to enable and set Home shares and 4 threads, it just spins. I opened a Case (#25413863) and added these details at their request:

Firmware: Radiator 5.3.11
Tried two Windows PCs: Chrome and Firefox
Tried one Linux Fedora Server: Firefox
Tried enabling SNMP service - same result - sits and spins forever

I can manually start the NFS service from command line via service nfs-kernal-server start and can mount to it just fine after that, but it does not restart after reboot as chkconfig command is not available in command line. I've tried running systemctl enable nfs-kernel-server.service and get the bash error for command not found.

I set NFS=1 and NFS_Threads=4. Rebooted, NFS started automatically. Thanks for the tip.

Oh, sorry, I should have explained better. Editing the file was never an issue, I just couldn't get the services to start from the UI, which bothered me. I manually started nfs-kernel-server, I just didn't want to set the services file in case you wanted to troubleshoot the UI issues. Still not sure why that didn't work.

Oops, I meant I was curious why changing the setting using the UI didn't edit that file. It should have.

I wonder if it relates to e.g. this line:

HTTPS_SSL_KEY_HOST=(null)

Or this one:

UPSConfig=0,1,,0,,0,,,

Also note that your web browser can cache the web admin interface so after changing a setting (don't forget to click Apply) it may be necessary to empty the web browser cache, close the web browser and reopen the web admin interface.
