No access to Frontview Case #20726536

I have opened a case for this. I am unable to figure this out. PHP was installed but did not work. the add on was removed and now there is no frontview access. I can access the files no problem.

They will most likely ask you to put it in Tech Support mode; http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how ... _boot_menu

Hi railstop,

Try OS-reinstall. This is the link how to do it. http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how ... plus_pro_6

I suppose you don't have SSH access?

You will need to put the NAS in tech support mode. Since you can still access your files at the moment it should be a relatively easy issue for them to fix.

Thanks Chirpa and mdgm. I kind of figured that too. Never had to use Tech Mode. i'll put it in it now so when I'm away tomorrow It'll be ready.
