No files in file explorer Windows 10
I'm getting the 0x80070035 Error when clicking on my ReadyNAS in the windows explorer. I can't get to any of the files from inside the network.
Reset the SMB several times and rebooted everything several times.
The FTP is working perfectly from outside the network.
Any ideas?

Re: No files in file explorer Windows 10
Hi Kpedeaux,
What model of ReadyNAS are you using? And tell us the firmware version running on your unit. Lastly, can you confirm if you have tried accessing your ReadyNAS via File Explorer (Windows) using \\192.168.1.2 (NAS IP address)?
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,

Hello Kpedeaux,
Is ReadyCLOUD enabled? Can you confirm if there is a common e-mail address registered to one of your local users and ReadyCLOUD at the same time?
Kind regards,

Re: No files in file explorer Windows 10
Hi Kpedeaux,
Will it be possible if you can change the e-mail address of the local user? Also, tell me if you have files saved on the private home shares (folders) of your ReadyCLOUD users.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Re: No files in file explorer Windows 10
Yes I could change the email address. No I don't have anything saved on the users, but I do have data on the drives just not under any particular user's home page.

Re: No files in file explorer Windows 10
Hi Kpedeaux,
Can you confirm if changing that specific (common) e-mail address and rebooting the unit, have resolved the issue?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,

I changed the email address of the local user and rebooted. Same issue. Can't see files in Internet Explorer.

Re: No files in file explorer Windows 10
Hi Kpedeaux,
Do you mean that after the changes that you made, you can browse through your NAS but there are no files or folders in File (Windows) Explorer? Are you still getting the same error message? Also, is this the same case on another PC?
Kind regards,
BrianL
