No redundancy
Hi. Sorry to bother with basic question. I have long had a ReadyNAS Duo with signle 500Gb disk. I use it for back up but also as external Hard drive. I have now purchased a second disk, 1Tb. When I installed it it immediately synchronised it and I can see in Volume Settings it uses the new one as redundancy for the first one. How can I disable this? How can I just have 500 + 1000 = 1500 Gb of external hard drive to save stuff?
thank you.
thank you.

Re: No redundancy
you must factory default it and select jbod (not xraid ) using radar (factory = all data lost)
