Hello mstevensjr,
I checked the System_log-ras-readynas-20170815-113623 as I believe that is the latest. It appears your ReadyNAS 104 is running 6.7.5 firmware. I found almost all of your disks have gone bad.

The disks in channel 2 and 3 are having real trouble while the first disk has pending error. I suggest you get a data recovery service already. There are some data recovery services available on the Internet, Netgear does have too but this is beyond the support scope that you may need to purchase the data recovery service contract.

Re: No volumes exits, remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #2,3,4.
Hello mstevensjr,
You have mentioned that all volumes are gone, so I assume we do not have data to recovery anymore, is that right?
Maybe you could upload the logs at www.wikisend.com and PM me the download link as I do not have access to the email address where you sent the logs.
Welcome to the community!
