Not honoring AD account permissions
3138 isn't honoring domain user's permissions on one share. Per Netgear support I manage share permissions via Windows rather than at the NAS itself and in the past this has worked... until now. The only AD account that the NAS will allow access to the problem share is the domain administrator. The share has domain admin modify rights. All other domain admin members are unable to access the share. AD accounts sync/update without issue and are available when searching users or groups at the NAS.

Re: Not honoring AD account permissions
Were permissions on the problem share previously working? When did it stop working?
Have you tried resetting permissions?

NB: A ReadyNas is not an excuse not to have a backup. Fire, theft, multiple disk failures, other hardware failure, floods, user negligence etc. can all result in loss of data.
