I purchased a PhyLink 1080P bullet cam from Amazon for use with ReadyNAS surveillance. The camera description states that it is compatible with ONVIF 2.0 systems. The camera works, it is setup and live via PhyLink's supplied iOs app. However, I cannot get the Surveillance setup to recognize it. They are on the same network, ip address assigned, user name password assigned, Vendor and model assigned 'ONVIF'. Auto detection returns "auto detect ip camera failed". Is Surveillance ONVIF 2.0 compatible? Is Surveillance not yet 2.0 compliant?
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Hi wulidancing,
Welcome to the Community!
The camera compatibility list for ReadyNAS Surveillance has not been updated for years now so I am not sure if your camera will work with it.
The ReadyNAS Surveillance was actually discontinued and was replaced by Milestone Arcus, which has a larger list of compatible cameras. You may check this link for more information about Milestone Arcus.
You may also check here the list of compatible cameras for it.

Re: ONVIF compatibility surveillance ReadyNAS Phylink 1080 bullet cam
Yes, your input helped tremendously. MilestoneArcus supports ONVIF camera and mine worked.
I would suggest that Netgear makes it more difficult for people to go down the wrong rabbit hole. I never saw anywhere that surveillance had been discontinued. I could download install and get a fair amount working but had no idea it was not well supported.
Arcus does not seem to work 'great'. Perhaps it's the camera that lends to the jerky frames and there seems to be an issue when accessing the camera from PhyLink app and the Arcus server app. Again, no idea whose problem that would be.
Thank you.
