Out of memory 36c

Dear All ,

We have a customer have ReadyNas 104 , the problem is when the readynas start booting and web interface opened at the same time the software load till 99% then give us error message Out of Memory 36c

Model : 104 4 bays

Firmware : 6.6.0

How i can solve this issue ?

Which services are you running?

Which apps are you running?

Do you have lots of snapshots?

Is your backup up to date?

we are using the the storage as backup , only .   No app No Services, No snapshots.
