Possible failed upgrade (Cloud options) with release 6.5.0

Hi

I have 3 units. I have upgraded them all to 6.5.0 as prompted. First I migrated my account to myNetgear as described in the email that came round a while ago.

Two of them - the Pro6 and Ultra6 have the following Cloud page

But on my RN312 I have this:

I'm also struggling using the new ReadyCloud as I keep getting a page trying to force an update on a unit that is remote and only comes on in the evening - can this be bypassed??

I've emailed logs for the RN312. Shout if I can offer anything else.

Thanks

Andy

For the first issue, can you try clearing your browser cache (or use a private / incognito window).

Regarding the RN102 - are you sure it is not online right now? It should only realise that an update is available if it is actually online.

Hi

How very amateurish of me! You are right, clearing the cache resolves it.

The RN104 - I'm pretty sure its set to come on a 6pm but I will check tonight when I am next to it.

Thanks

A

Re: Possible failed upgrade (Cloud options) with release 6.5.0

Hi

It was on just seemed ReadyCLOUD could never update it remotely.

Did it manually then had to remove and re-add two of the NASes to ReadyCLOUD and now all works as it should 🙂
Thanks

Andy
