Hi, got a used pro 4 as replacement for my dead NVX. Idea was to place the NVX disks in the pro to avoid a complete data rebuild. I have a full backup! Tried to follow process described elsewhere here on the forum to bring the pro up to latest F/W before placing the NVX disk in the pro. Now to the problem.
The pro 4 will not factory reset for an install. It displays an error "ERR: Could not p" after the disk test. It then hangs on the reboot that follows.
I have tried with fresh and used disks and various install options in RAIDar. All resulting in the same error message and hang.
Please advice on way forward to get the pro 4 to pass a reinstall.
