Pro 6 Locking up, (still) (Case #: 19933310)

My Pro 6 locks up once a week, never the same day. Cannot access Frontview, Raidar does not see it. front panel is unresponsive, shares are gone. I have no add-in, have restored to factory original. have run the boot menu mem test, disk test and everything passes. it has happened on every firmware release. I have opened a case, #19933310. Only way to get it back is hard boot it.

Some things I recommended were: if you choose to disk scrub, please don't do it every week. It kills the disks really fast. I recommend at most once every 8 weeks if you choose to do it.

I recommended an OS reinstall and if that doesn't resolve the issue, a chassis replacement. There's a possible hardware issue with the chassis in the kernel logs.

I replied to the case, took out my drives installed a new drive, reinstalled the OS. It locked up by morning. To see if I could replicate the issue, I reinstalled again and it locked up within a few hours. I did run the mem test and disk test again in the new state and all passed. Did get the RMA and started it. Thank you for the help!
