Hi.
I have an old Pro2 box running OS6 6.1.7 (Yes, I know I havent updated in a looong time)
I was thinking of updating it to 6.6.0, but I was wondering about the release notes.
They state that if I had a (RN102, RN104 & RN2120), I would need to update to 6.2.4 -> 6.5.2 -> 6.6.0, or if I had a (RN202, RN204, RN212 & RN214) I would need to update to 6.5.2 -> 6.6.0.
Now, My old box isn't any of those, and all I can find are either people who are updating from 4.x.x to 6.x.x, or people who have kept up with OS6 firmware releases all the way.
So what should I do?
Update directly to 6.6.0?
Update to 6.5.2, then 6.6.0?
Or all the way from 6.2.4 to 6.5.2, and then 6.6.0?
Any suggestions?
Brgds

All those systems have ARM processors, I haven't seen any constraints like that for any x86 system.
So I think you can upgrade straight to 6.6.1. However, I do suggest backing up your data first, especially since your volume is so old.

Re: Pro2 6.1.7 -> 6.6.0
Thank you.
I will try to update to 6.6.1 directly (one of these days TM 🙂 ).
All my important files are already synced daily to Amazon S3, but I will definitely make a backup of all files first.
