Problem Adding Third Disc to ReadyNAS 4 Ultra (#19122155)

I have a ReadyNAS 4 Ultra that had two 2TB discs and was running Radiator 4.2.21 with the discs in X-RAID2 redundant configuration. I just added a third disc, 3TB, and got these two alert messages:

1st message:
A new disk was added to the ReadyNAS. If multiple disks have been added, they will be processed one at a time. Please do not remove any added disk(s) during this time.

2nd message:
Volume expansion or migration started. Do not interrupt the system during this time. When finished, email notification will be sent to the alert contact list.

The Frontview Volume page showed this status:
Disk space: 1223 GB (66%) of 1846 GB used
Configuration: RAID Level X-RAID2, 2 disks
Status: Redundant

RAID Disks:
Ch 1 : Seagate ST32000644NS [1863 GB]
1858 GB allocated
Ch 2 : Seagate ST32000644NS [1863 GB]
1858 GB allocated

System Health Status shows:
Disk 1 Seagate ST32000644NS 1863 GB , 42 C / 107 F , Write-cache ON OK
Disk 2 Seagate ST32000644NS 1863 GB , 43 C / 109 F , Write-cache ON OK
Disk 3 Seagate ST33000650NS 2794 GB , 43 C / 109 F , Write-cache ON OK

After about 60 hours, nothing has changed. I've rebooted the ReadyNAS twice and I still see no change to the amount of disc space or status. Have I missed a setting somewhere for adding a new disc?
