Problem when starting up
Hello,
recently my RN10200 started and POWER and BACKUP ligths blink for hours while the ACT light stays on all the time.
I tried a reset without success.
Do you know how to force at least a factory reset?
Maybe it is possible to restart with an usb drive?
regards in advance

Re: Problem when starting up
Try installing RAIDar on a PC or Mac, and tell us if it can find the NAS (and if it does, what status it shows).

Thank you for your answer Stephen,
I run RAIDar and doesn't detect the device. Not able to try this way.

Try powering down the NAS and removing the disks (labeling them by slot). Then power up again, and see if RAIDar finds the NAS and reports a "no disks" status.
