Hello, when i open my ReadyNas 102 today i see that the FTP was disabled. I try to enable it, but even if i press aply to system settings it is still disabled? Why? I did not do anything! Yesterday it works great. I send 2 pictures to see my problem.
I have Firmware 6.2.5 and static IP

Try rebooting the NAS and see if that helps.
If not, you might need to contact support.

1. Did you notice any changes on the ReadyNAS device yesterday?
No, i did not do anything.
2. Did you try to use a different web browser or another computer to enable ftp on?
Yes but the same.
3. Please provide the current firmware version of the ReadyNAS device as shown in the admin page.

If you have an open support ticket, you can post the case number here. Also you can include the link to this thread when you email your logs. Then Netgear can link the thread to your case (and your case to the thread).

Yes. You will also need to completely reconfigure the NAS and reinstall any apps.

Then I suggest opening a support case. FTP shouldn't disable itself that way.
