Problems to access ReadyNas remote

Maybe someone can help...i had for many years remote access to my ReadyNAS, but it stopped a few weeks ago. I opened the management for the ReadyNAS, and i see the slide button for remote access is set to OFF. I can change it to ON - but the ReadyNAS do not save or update, it seems like ON - but if i refresh browser, it is still set to OFF. Someone have suggestions how to solve this?

Kind regards, Inge

Re: Problems to access ReadyNas remote

Hi Ingemartin,

ReadyNAS Remote service has been discontinued for years now.

As an alternative, you can use VPN as a way to remotely access your NAS. There are also some 3rd party apps you can use to remotely access your NAS. You may wait for other Community members for suggestions on the apps that you can use.
