Problems with finishing the copy

Hello,

I have a problem with my NAS.
For some time, no copies have been made.
In the menu -> backup where I have backup configurations
the status that appears is "in queue".
It does not change in any way. When I do "cancel"
and "Start", it again gets the status "in queue".
I do not know what I can do.
I removed the location / var / log / frontview / backup
all file status_backup_00X (I copied for security)
Then the status is accepted as "Ready".
But when I turn on "Start" it again receives the status "in queue".
Does anyone know where I can check what is going on and lead
do you order a backup?

Have you tried downloading the full logs and checking backup status? You can send me a link to your logs so I can check.

When you said removed meaning you deleted and recreated the backup job, right?
