Product Registration Issues - ReadyNAS Ultra 4
I registered the product under a different account ( account wih different email address ) Since I left the company where I worked then, I donot have nor the email address nor the password available any more.
The email then was xx.xxxxxx@getronics.com.
The product was registered at august 13 2010.
I want to register it again using xxx.xxxxxx@telenet.be.

Hello lusu,
Both email addresses are registered and have devices registered to them. You may need to contact support for request merging the 2 different accounts.
What I did was I added the telenet.be email address to the registration of the SN you gave.
I am now going to hide the email addresses and the SN you provided for your own security. These should not be posted anywhere in the community.

I have already added the email address as a secondary email address on the registration of the product. But if you want to still talk to support team then you may need to call them. I believe they should be able to help you with the registration.
