Question about manually backing up RN104
I have an RN104 with two 4TB disks which are full.
Before adding a 3rd 4TB disk, I am going to make an offline backup copy to another disk.
My idea was to install the backup disk into a computer and copy everything over the network. (and remove the disk when it is done)
Is there anything wrong with doing it like this instead of the RN104's backup job?
Thank you for your time.
Model: RN10400|ReadyNAS 100 Series 4-Bay (Diskless)

There's nothing wrong with doing it your way, it's a perfectly reasonable approach.
