RAIDiator 4.2: USB Recovery Tool failed to Start
I am trying to use the RAIDiator 4.2: USB Recovery Tool but everytime I try to run the .exe i get the error "the application has failed to start because it's side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." I have tried to run the tool on 3 seperate computers all on the most up to date windows 10 build 1803.

What problem are you facing that leads you to think USB Boot Recovery is needed? USB Boot Recovery is rarely the solution to a problem.
What are you seeing in RAIDar when booting the NAS normally?
Can you access the boot menu (with/without disks)? If so, can you boot into tech support mode?
If not, if you boot the NAS up diskless does it show in RAIDar with the error "No Disks Detected"?
The USB Boot Recovery tool for RAIDiator-x86 4.2 is quite old. You might have more success using it with e.g. an XP/Win7 machine.
