RAIDiator 5.3.8 (arm) installed - Device is Offline - Solved
Hi,
Just updated my ReadyNAS NV+ v2 to RAIDiator 5.3.8 (arm) using the dashboard. Once the NAS had restarted and installed the FW, it took a while to check disk quotas. After this finished I tried to access it using the dashboard but it reported Device is Offline. The device does not respond to the power button (single press or >5 seconds hold). If I disconnect the ethernet and re-connect it recognises that it has been unplugged so it's not totally frozen. Shares are still accessible via Windows Explorer.
Any ideas on the best option to get it working correctly again. Shall I just unplug the NAS from the power to force a reset?
Thanks,
Matt

Matt,
Yes, please can you power off NV +v2, and also reboot PC also.
I have not had other v5.3.8 queries, so let us know how you get on.
Thanks Marto

Thanks Marto.
Disconnected power to NAS and restarted. It's all back to normal now. 🙂
