I need a replacement for some ReadyNAS case/housing screws.

Best Regards
Jochen

The Chassis uses M3x6mm Flathead screws and if you don't mind the style of the screw then any Standard M3 screws should fit but don't mistaken it for HDD screws (#6-32 screws).

Welcome to the Community!
If you are talking about the Disk tray screws, you can use HDD screws with 3.5mm*6mm size. This should fit the trays as well.
Are you talking about the Chassis itself?

Yes, it is about the chassis. There are seven screws at the backside. I broke one of them (head ripped off) and need a replacement.
