Think unit went through factory reset process 

 

2x 3T disks raid with 3T total space

 

How do I recover my data?

If you've done a factory reset then you will need to restore from your backup.

I can easily confirm if a factory reset has taken place. I have sent you a PM.

 

We do sell data recovery services but we don't offer this for where a factory reset has been done.

 

It's not possible to do this accidentally. In the UI you do have to confirm it by typing FACTORY and confirm your choice.

In the boot menu you should always be careful to look at the light pattern before you press the reset button to confirm your choice.
