Hello,
In desperation , unable to find a solution to my problem and can not reach the support, I address the community:
My NAS DUO READY V2 ( sparc ) abruptly stopped working that day after 5 years of loyal service :
-The fan running at full speed and the NAS does not boot
-The / off button is ineffective , as the reset, to stop I have to unplug it.
That simple!
So two questions:
there - was there a technical assumption with a solution for the restore operation ?
if I have to do my mourning how to recover data on hard drives . I tried Linux reader ( I read that it does not work for the sparc ) , bought data recovery (25 € for nothing) ......
Losing my nas it bothers me but all my data .......
someone could help me ?
Thank you in advance.
Sorry for my english i am french.

Re: READYNAS DUO V2 SPARC OUT OF ORDER
Linux Reader does work with the sparc data disk - but the sparc platform is v1 not v2.
What firmware are you running? 4.1.x or 5.x.x?
