RN 104 is booting after FW6.17 update

Hello,

my Readynas RN 104 gets a FW update to 6.17. Then ist reboots. Now the LCD is showing Booting.... Updating FW...

This is now about two hours. How does it takes? Is something went wrong? I can see my nas in Raidar, but can´t Access to Frontview: it says offline

Please can anyone help me.

I'd contact support (support.netgear.com). It shouldn't take 2 hours.

To OP: Did you get a solution to this? I updated to 6.1.7 firmware on my RN 104 and seem to have the same problem. I have contacted support but not had a response yet.

Perhaps try powering off the unit then power it on again.
