I just got a new RN102. The RaIDAR is finding it as healthy and it is running 6.1.8. However, I am unable to access the admin page.
The IP is 192.168.1.91 and nothing comes up with I go to https://192.168.1.91/admin from IE10, Chrome or MOZILLA.
What is going on?
You could try powering down/up (the power button is safer than pulling the plug)
If you are the original purchaser, you can use support.netgear.com for 90 days after purchase.
You will want to upgrade the firmware when you get it sorted - 6.1.8 is quite old.

Also try instead of the IP address, type https://nas-xx-xx-xx where last x is last 6 digits of MAC address of the NAS in the address bar of your web browser.

I see that support noticed that one of your disks is bad.Do you have a backup of your data?If you do then doing a factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything) without the bad disk installed would be the way forward.As your unit was purchased second hand support cannot provide further assistance, but you can continue to seek help here.
