RN102 Windows itunes 12.9 not finding "my music on readynas"
Hi, I have a ReadyNAS 102 running version 6.9.3. I have activated Itunes under Settings and in the share I called Music, I have SMB, AFP, DLNA and iTunes protocols selected. From what I can gather (from reading articles such as https://kb.netgear.com/25402/ReadyNAS-OS-6-Using-the-ReadyNAS-and-iTunes-Service-on-Windows) when I open iTunes on my PC I should be able to see a shared library called "My music on readNAS". This does not appear for me. I am running Windows 10 and iTunes 22.214.171.124.
Can someone please offer some assistance and suggest what I may be doing wrong?

If you used the article you should be getting the same result. Have you tried updating the firmware to 6.10.1? Also, try resetting the permission of the share you used for iTunes.
Rebooting the NAS and PC might help as well.
