Re: RN102 - a couple of questions
I have been playing around with NFS and swapped between AD and local authorization. This jumping around has made two directories under /home/ undeletable.
Question #1: How do I get root or admin/sudo access to my NAS, to be able to clean those up? Preferably over ssh.

Re: RN102 - a couple of questions
Under System > Settings > Services there is an SSH button you can use to enable SSH.
Note if you break things using SSH you may be denied support.
Note the user for SSH is 'root'.

Re: RN102 - a couple of questions
Great! That did the trick.
Strange I couldn't find this information (about user=root) elsewhere in this forum or under help section in web GUI...
Anyway, now it's here! 🙂
Thank you!

Re: RN102 - a couple of questions
The SSH option is there for those who want it but we don't encourage its use.
