RN102 deleting share does not free up space

Hi,

I just deleted a share of around 500 GB but I don't see any extra space freed up.

I rebooted twice and ran a balance but the extra space still isn't available.

As you can see from the picture below, the total amount of used disk space doesn't seem to add up:

EDIT: the uploaded image isn't showing, even after re-uploading it several times, I don't know why. So I've added the image as an attachment.

I'm hoping someone can help me free up my disk space. I can use SSH but only if someone tells me exactly what to type.

Images need to be approved by a mod before they are shown, and that can take a while.  It's showing now.

Consider deleting the snapshot for Videos next (though it doesn't appear to be taking much space).

Also, you might try disabling Quota on the volume settings wheel.  Then reboot the NAS, and enable it again.

I deleted the whole "Videos" share (I was going to anyway) but this time I did it slightly differently: I first deleted the folders inside and then deleted the share itself. When I first deleted the folders inside, the amount of deleted data first showed up as space taken up by snapshots and when I then deleted the share itself, it was displayed as regular data again. Then I ran a balance and it was finally displayed as free disk space again.

So I'm still missing roughly 500 GB from when I deleted the "Music" folder, so my guess is that the system now sees that deleted data as snapshots, but then it sees those snapshots as data. (I know, confusing, right?)

Last time I ran a balance it showed to be 182% complete. this doesn't seem correct.

Music is stuck as a subvolume of the .purge subvolume and a snapshots subvolume is a subvolume music. Delete the subvolumes
stuck in purge and that should resolve it.

Thanks. Not through the UI, I presume? I can't see any subvolumes there.

If through SSH, i'm afraid you'll going to have to tell me what commands to type, because I'm a total n00b at that.
