RN102 unable to access data after power failure #24526841

Hi have been directed here by Netgear online support.
I have a Readynas 102. That I cannot access after a power failure.
Raidar constantly says booting (have left it for 2 days to see if anything changes)
I can power on / off cleanly and get into tech support mode etc.
Loathe to completely erase as I don't have another up to date copy of the data

Have you tried OS reinstall?

It would be best to contact Netgear Support again and consider about availing a support contract if ever the support warranty is expired on your RN102.
