Hi,
I'm sorry about the, no doubt, tedious question. I've been so careful and security-minded with the paperwork that I can find no trace of anything to do with ReadyNAS anywhere in the house. Please could you help me with the re-set sequence?
Cheers,
Tim

I'm not sure what you want to do exactly.
If you want to reset the ReadyNAS admin password, the procedure for the RN102 is in the hardware manual (page 19-20): http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf
You want to do an "OS reinstall", which will reset the IP address configuration to automatic/DHCP, and also reset the admin password to password
