im upgrade firmware my NAS RN10200 from 6.04 to 6.40 , after update has failed NAS.. - LAN not work - I have a fix IP-Address - in it are 2 disks with 3TB - I can not connection to it - i tried by RAIDar nothing - Boot menu, reset to factory default, reinstall firmware - nothing worket what else try?
I have tested that my RN102 not with Firmware 6.4.0. I have tested 3 USB-sticks to boot. - 512MB Lexar Jumpdrive - 1GB Transcent - 4GB Sandisk - every Time prepared with the Os6-recovery tool. Nothing works! My USB-Sticks are at order! Today I have tested to recover my Nas RN102 with the Firmware version 6.2.5. That works good. The Firmware 6.4.0 has a bug! It should not to give free to update an RN102.
