RN10200 "shares" not visible in web interface

Hello,

I no longer see the "shares" when I log in as admin from the web interface, I only see "home" but before I had 5 shares with relative permissions for users and groups.

However the shares accessing via SMB from windows computers work, I can create / modify / delete files and folders.

how can i solve?

because if I don't see the shares I can no longer make changes to their configuration.

P.S. Firmware 6.9.3

Thanks for the attention

Kind regards

Dario L.

My first suggestion is to make (or update) your backup of your files.  Something is definitely wrong with the NAS, and your data is particularly at risk.

This is when browsing to https://nas-ip-address/admin ?

Are you seeing any other errors (for instance, warnings of a full root partition)?

Well, backing up the data is the first priority.

Also, try to download the log zip file - there likely are some clues in there.  You can send a link to them in a private message to @JohnCM_S or @Marc_V and ask them to analyze the logs for you.  But don't post the link publicly.  You use the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page to send a PM.

Yes of course, i'm doing backup now and also I'll check it.

after that I download the log zip file and send as private message

Thanks again
