RN104 Added Disk Lost all Shares
Hi All,
I'm not really sure what my next move should be and I don't want to make anything worse. I recently swapped out a 1TB WD blue drive for a 3TB WD Red. Initially everything was fine, all my files were there but performance was down so no big deal. It resynced over night then when I came home from work it seemed like I couldn't access the NAS from 1 PC but the other I could.
I rebooted the NAS and when it came back up all my volumes are gone, my shares are gone and it's now resyncing data again. How do I save my data?! What went wrong?

If you have no backup, then I suggest you contact Netgear support (support.netgear.com), and if needed pay the per-incident support charge.
