A few days ago I noticed an error in my RN104 Nas LED screen stating it could not mount flash. I tried the web access, but it did not work. I proceeded to investigate and found several discussions in this forum. I downloaded the Raidar and was able to notice the status TFTP_REQ. I created a Recovery USB and tried to do a OS Reistall and a Factory Default, but i received the same error stating Could not mount flash. I check the Raidar in recovery mode and the status was Tech Support Mode, the debug code was Telnet Mode. I tried accessing via telnet to the NAS but the user configured for the web access does not work. The current firmware is 6.2.4. Is there any other user that i am not aware of?
