RN10400 Nas Station starts for 1 second then turns off then starts again for 1 second continuosly

Hi, the power button and power light come on and the diplay shows an intial screen with NETGEAR STORAGE welcome, but then after a second they all turn off again, then after a few seconds that the cycle repeats, the fan done not move.
Any ideas?

Most likely a power problem. Booting without drives may help determine that. If it is that, then the next step would be trying another power brick.

Try removing the disks (labeling by slot number), and then power up again. See if it gives you a "no disks" status.

Thanks, yes with all drives removed then it started. I measured the pins on the the power supply output and only one was showing 12V. I purchased a new PS and everything works again.
