Re: RN31200 BIOS is damaged
Hi tiger_chengdu,
Welcome to the Community!
May I know if there were any changes or configuration done on the NAS prior to the issue?
Do you remember the current firmware of your RN312?
Do you have any USB plugged into the NAS?
Regards,

Re: RN31200 BIOS is damaged
This NAS is a second-hand product I bought.
I don't know what the previous owner did to it
I didn't insert any USB disk when I started
I know the steps of using USB recovery tool to recover OS, but in the current situation, it is a BIOS error.
So, I want to see if I can find the BIOS of rn312 in the community and find a way to recover it

Re: RN31200 BIOS is damaged
The problem with BIOS recovery is a catch 22. You need to be able to boot an OS that can run a BIOS upload program, which is typically not possible with a damaged BIOS. So even if you had a file, how would you use it?
