RN3130 Management service is offline
Hi,
RAIDar notifie me that i can't access to my NAS and i can't download logs or make a diagnostic.
I am under firmware 6.8.0 and it is since this update that i can't connect to my NAS, all services are disable exept HTTPS i can't enable SMB to restore my data.
I have tried to réinstall the OS by the boot menu but it didn't solve my problem. I have many important data on it to restore. Someone can help me ?
Thanks for your answer.

Can you log into the admin web ui? ( https://nas-ip-address/admin )
If so, try downloading the NAS logs from there.

If https://nas-ip-address/fwbroker responds, then try manually installing 6.8.1 through that interface.
What apps and services do you have running on the NAS?

Paid support (my.netgear.com) is probably your best option. You can boot the system into tech support mode, and they can access it remotely.
You can ask about per-incident support, which will cost less than a service contract.
