RN516 "mount_block_root + 1f1" after power surge even after USB recovery

Hi, I recently had a power surge and found my server + NAS both had rebooted. The server (HP microserver gen8) booted fine but the RN516 is reporting "mount_block_root + 1f1." Following advice read on here I've performed the USB recovery (1 stick of 4 worked). After device shutdown, when rebooting the error still comes up. Connecting a monitor doesn't yield any information - the screen is black by the time the error appears on the LCD.

I'm hoping it's not borked from the surge, any help appreciated!

This should be fixed now. Please confirm by seeing if it will boot normally now.

You shouldn't run into the mount_block_root error again on this system.

Try powering down and removing all disks (labeling by slot).

Then power up diskless, and see if you still get the same error.  RAIDar should then detect the NAS and report a "no disks" status.  https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar

That should help you rule out any issue with the chassis.
