RND2000v1 (ReadyNAS Duo v1) has crashed?! Please help.

Our server seems to have crashed. None of the 4 computers can connect to the server and it isn't responding when I try to turn if off using the button.

When I try to reconnect to the server from the computer I get the error code "Network Path cannot be found". I'm wary of cutting the power to the server to force a restart as I'm terrified of losing all the company files. Our company IT support has yet to respond and we're out of date for any Netgear help.

Any ideas?! Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.

Can RAIDar find the NAS?  If so, what status is it giving you?

I suggest the older RAIDar (4.3.8) for this.
