Reading/Writing to and from a ReadyNAS 202
Hey all,
I recently replaced an older model RNDP2000 with a ReadyNAS 202. I've got the 202 all set up and ready to go. We've been using it, accessing files no problem. However, the problem arises when we save a file to it and someone else tries to access that file, its not the updated file. But, when we access the file on the computer that saved the file, its fine.
Any ideas on what could be happening? I'm stumped.

Hello Antoprious,
What is the current FW version of the NAS?
Have you tried creating another file and save it to another folder/share and see if same problem?
Regards,

Hey JennC!
I'm running 6.4.2 on it right now. And no, I haven't tried that yet. That's not a bad idea.
Thanks so much!

Also, if you are mapping the share to a network drive letter on the PC, make sure you don't have "make available offline" set on the PC.
